DSM

Using state-of-the-art software including Thermal Analysis Software (TAS), we create 3D models of buildings which allows us to identify the constructions, heating ventilation, and air conditioning HVAC systems needed for the project. After this, we then compare these systems against winter and summer weather data to identify the environmental performance characteristics of the building.

Corridor Overheating

We are able to gain an understanding of the temperatures and natural ventilation rates in the summer months from the Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) data.

HVAC’s

Upon analysing the data produced from the Dynamic Simulation Modelling, we are able to show hourly gains and HVAC room loads.

EPC’s

After simulating the energy performance of a building and the systems throughout the course of the year and closely monitoring the day-to-day results, we then produce Energy Performance Certificates.

CFD

CFD allows us to create 3D models of an entire building to study the external air and transient pollutant concentration levels.
